Moving can be a stressful time of your life. We want to make it as easy as possible to ensure you get as much of your security deposit back as possible! Here are some helpful tips to follow:

• Remove all trash/items from the unit
• Replace all bulbs/batteries/broken blinds
• Leave the unit completely empty/undamaged to avoid additional charges
• Stop your utility services
• Bring any/all keys/openers to OFFICE or place in an envelope with your name & address on it and drop it in our dropbox
• Don’t forget to send us a forwarding address!

Please note, you have until 4pm the day after your scheduled move out day to return any/all keys/openers to THE OFFICE or placed in DROPBOX. If not received by then, you will be charged for each key/opener not returned.

Security Deposit Information:

• We have up to 60 days to process deposit from when you have vacated the property. Please make sure you have provided a forwarding address.
