Moving can be a stressful time of your life. We want to make it as easy as possible to ensure you get as much of your security deposit back as possible! Here are some helpful tips to follow:

• Remove all trash/items from the unit
• Replace all bulbs/batteries/broken blinds
• Leave the unit completely empty/undamaged to avoid additional charges
• Stop your utility services
• Place keys, mailbox keys, garage door openers in an envelope with your name & address on it and drop it in our dropbox outside
• Don’t forget to send us a forwarding address!

Please note, you will continue to be charged rent until we receive keys back so make sure to drop them off on move out day

• There will be a cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit
